After Two Weeks…
So if you haven’t noticed already, I haven’t posted anything for a while. That’s because I’ve had a very busy two weeks buying a car, moving to LA, finding and moving into an apartment in three days, and starting my new career as the graphic designer for spcaLA. But after all the inticipation of waiting for my next post, what am I going to give you? Yeah, that’s right. Something totally weird and random.
When I was trying to move into my new apartment, I caught a cold in the hotel and felt like eating nothing but soup. To make matters worse, the Hotel 6 I was staying in didn’t have a microwave so all I could do was go to the nearby Carrow’s to eat soup. When I was there, my waitress took a long time to serve me so I passed my time drawing things that were around me. One day, I drew a sandwich I saw on the menu fighting a burrito. I think its s good symbol for the conflict with immigration in California. Don’t you think. I think the burrito is going to win just because I think they taste better. But you can decide the result.
I just stopped by your blog and thought I would say hello. I like your site design. Looking forward to reading more down the road.
