Prelude
Looking back at myself when I was a wee little lad, I realize how big of a dork I was. I hope most of us were in one way or another but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I really was a dork. This doesn’t mean I wish I could take any of it back because I’m a strong believer that who we were then helps define who we are now. I wouldn’t trade any of those days when I said “Happy Birthday” to people instead of “Hello” or told everyone that I was from another planet for anything. All I know is that I hope I’m not that dumb anymore. Today’s drawing is a tribute to that dorky little kid with an imaginary lizard that I once was.
